XAIShow (" We ", "our") recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information collected through our applications (the "Platform"). By downloading, using and/or accessing our Services through the Platform, you expressly agree to the terms set out in this Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Policy, please do not use our services.


1. What face data does our app collect?


We analyze the photos you upload to find the feature points of the face in the photos (such as eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We don't collect face data. At the end of the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.


2. For what purpose do we collect this information?


In order to give the user their "face swap" effect, the app needs to identify feature points (such as eye, nose, mouth points). The complete process is: (1) You transfer the photo to our server. (2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the result of face data processing. (3) The application automatically synthesizes the face data processing results and materials into the final effect. (4) The information is temporarily stored in encrypted storage. Once the compositing process is complete, your uploaded photos will be automatically deleted immediately.


3. Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

Data will not be shared with any third parties. After the analysis process is complete, your uploaded photos will be deleted and no photo information will be stored on our servers.


4. How long will face data be retained?

After the data is uploaded, it is saved to the server, and the deletion function is provided in the app. Users can delete the face data by themselves


5. What information we collect


(1) We may receive information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:


• Social media and login services. If you choose to link to or register with a third-party social network or login service, we may collect information from those services, including a list of contacts you use those services and the platforms you use in connection with those services.


• Third party services. We may collect information about you from third-party services such as advertising partners, data providers and analytics providers.


• Other sources. We may collect information about you from other publicly available sources.


(2) We collect information directly from you.


We collect information directly from you when you register for an account or use the Services.


• Contact information. When you use a third-party media website account to log in, we will collect your account information on the third-party media website, which generally includes: account name, email address and region.


• Use information. We may collect information about your actions on the Platform, mainly including information you click, browse, download, share and your search history, or any other information you provide in the course of using our services, in order for us to provide you with features.


• Device and log information. When you use our services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services and the safe operation of its functions, improve and optimize your user experience, and protect the security of your account, we will collect your device and log information as follows: Device model, phone setting language, phone country, AD ID, operating system and system version number, login IP address, software version number, access mode, network type and status, network quality data, operation log, and service log information.


• Feedback. When you contact us for feedback or customer service, we collect the information and materials you submit, your contact information (such as your email), so that we can contact you and answer your questions or provide other services.


If you cease to consent or expressly withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your information, we will immediately cease all such use.


6. What permissions may we ask you to grant?


In order to provide you with better and more efficient products and services and improve your service experience, we may ask you to authorize the corresponding terminal device permissions. With your consent, we collect the following permissions and corresponding information in accordance with minimum data collection standards:


Android permission application:


• Camera permissions: for shooting functions;


• Read and write external memory card: used to read and write files on external memory card for video editing;


• Receive notification messages: Used to receive messages;


Get the current network status: alert the user whether the current mobile network is in use or determine whether the user's network is available;


iOS Permission Application:


• Camera permissions: for shooting functions;


• Photo permissions: used to read pictures in mobile phone albums for video editing;


• Video permission: for shooting function;


• Push notification permissions: for receiving messages;


• Network request permission: used to request network data;


You can view the status of the above permissions in the system Settings of the terminal device, and you can enable or disable any or all of the above permissions at any time. Please note that when you turn on any permission, you authorize us to collect and use the personal information corresponding to the permission in order to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you cancel or revoke the authorization. After the permission takes effect, we will no longer collect and use the corresponding personal information based on the permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect our collection and use of information in accordance with your prior authorization.


Collect information:


• Face recognition: For certain theme template editing and short video production services, our app collects profile photos that you upload or take. To use the parts of the theme template that require matting, you can voluntarily allow our app to access the camera or album to get photos from your mobile device. Our app can access your camera and albums only after you confirm your permission. When you use certain face recognition functions, we automatically capture the position and shape of your five senses, analyze facial feature information, and store this information on our servers for photo processing, and return the renderings to you. We do not store or share such processed photos, facial features or renderings with any third party.


7. How do we use your information


As described below, we use your information to improve, support, and administer the Platform, to allow you to use its features, and to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service.


Fulfill requests for information about products, services, platform features, support, and internal operations, and solicit your feedback;


• Process and respond to your inquiries and help you provide feedback in a timely manner;


• Improve and develop our platform and conduct product development;


• Use of information for security purposes; We may use information for account and network security purposes, including to protect our services for the benefit of all users, and to pre-screen or scan uploaded content for potentially illegal content. We may use your information for identity verification, account and transaction risk monitoring, detection and security prevention, fraud monitoring, file backup, customer security services, etc.


• Use user content as part of our advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the platform; We may send you information about special promotions or offers as well as new features or products.


Enforce our terms, conditions and policies and communicate with you promptly, including notifying you of changes to our services; For example, reminders about your account and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.


• We store and maintain your information to comply with our legal obligations; For example, in an emergency, we may record, review, analyze and dispose of your information in accordance with applicable law.


• For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or with your consent.

When you use our Services, certain information may be stored locally on your mobile device using "cookies" or similar technologies, such as Google Analytics and web beacons. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to enable the following functions or services:

If your personal information is no longer needed for the legal or commercial purposes for which it was processed, we will usually destroy the information or anonymize the information.

(1) We may share your personal information with third party service providers necessary to help us deliver and improve products, services, marketing, push/place notification bar messages, and to help you share content to third party media sites, log in to third party accounts and other legitimate business functions. We will confirm on what basis each third party will use your personal information, and we will ensure that adequate safeguards and processes are in place to protect your personal data.


(2) We will disclose or transfer your information only when required by law, or when we have obtained your consent or believe in good faith that any such action is necessary to: (a) comply with any legal requirement or comply with our regulations or platform services; (b) to protect and defend our rights or property; (c) To take action in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.


(3) In order to ensure the realization of relevant functions and the safe and stable operation of applications, we may access software development kits (SDKS) provided by third parties to achieve relevant purposes. We will strictly monitor the software tool development Kit (SDK) used by our partners to obtain information to ensure data security. The relevant third party SDKS we access are listed in this Privacy Policy. These measures include, but are not limited to, technical and organizational security policies and procedures, security controls, and employee training. For example, when you send or receive data from XAIShow, we ensure that it is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (" SSL ") or other algorithms.


If we become aware of any breach affecting the security of your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law. By using the Platform, you agree to receive notifications electronically.


12. Your Rights


To delete your data, you can:


Go to [Settings] - [Account Security] to delete the account. You know and understand that the deletion of your account is irreversible. When you delete your account, we will delete the following data about you:


A. Delete the audio and video data you generated in the APP.


b. Delete your favorite data from the APP.


C. Delete your account in the APP.


When you delete data, we follow a deletion process to ensure that your data is safely and completely deleted from our servers.


13. Privacy of minors/children


We protect minors' personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, and will only collect, use, share or disclose minors' personal information when permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or other guardians, or when necessary. Protection of minors; If we become aware that a minor's personal information has been collected without prior verifiable parental consent, we will attempt to delete that information as soon as possible.

14. Changes and adjustments
